The grinder is filled with the grain using a loading shovel (supplied by the
customer) which the operator is fully licensed and happy to drive, if
preferred. The hammer mill itself can be fitted with different sized screens to
vary the coarseness of the grind. The screens are carried on-board and can
be changed on site.

Output estimates are based on 15% moisture.
No charge is made for travelling to and from farms.
IN STORE GRINDING
Grindtec has many years of experience grinding in large feed stores throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Grindtec can grind any animal feed and can also refresh or rework products which have gone lumpy during storage and grind them back to a meal.
High output of 40 tonne per hour.
HOW IT WORKS
The grinder is powered by a 350hp Cummins engine. A loading shovel with a toe-tip bucket is used to fill the hopper (supplied by the customer) which the operator is fully licensed and happy to drive, if preferred. The ground product is then elevated to the rear of the machine to a height of 3.5m.
